A Note on Rattlers Identity and Financial Aid
FAMU’s athletic teams are the Rattlers, competing in the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) at the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) Division I level. The colors are orange and green.

This is a steep single drop rather than a gradual week-by-week decline, a student who withdraws in week 2 gets the same 25% back as one who withdraws in week 4, so timing right after drop/add closes matters enormously versus waiting even a few days.
