There is no advance registration fee. Check in at the top of the Memorial Union staircase through the OSU Parent & Family Portal when you arrive, and pick up your Family Weekend sticker while supplies last. Sign up for the Parent & Family Portal ahead of time for event announcements.
Get football tickets through your student
Guest football tickets are not sold to parents directly. Your student can purchase up to two guest tickets, plus redeem their own, through the Oregon State Beavers website starting the Monday before the game. Guest seats are in the student section of Reser Stadium.
When hotels sell out (and how to beat it)
This is not a generic warning. Oregon State’s own Family Weekend FAQ says outright that Corvallis is a small town with limited hotels, and this year’s combined Homecoming and Family Weekend concentrates even more demand on one date.

Watch hourly-only zones
Daily permits are not valid in hourly spaces, like those near the Dixon Recreation Center on Jefferson. Buy a permit from the Pay Station if you park there.

- Anytime: Fly into EUG or PDX, check in at your lodging, meet your student. There is no set arrival time.
